Plastic and rubber-coating fans

Rubber-coating

The fans are coated with hard rubber that is a combination of natural and synthetic rubber and has many uses as well as being resistant to acid and alkaline media of non-oxidising nature. Temperature range for use +5 ° C to +100 ° C depending on the environment.

Plastic-coating

1. PA 11 - RILSAN Material with high resistance to abrasion. Excellent mechanical properties. Chemical resistance in the range of pH 4 – 11. Thermal resistance to around 70 – 80 C.
2. PE-POLYETHYLEN Material with good chemical resistance to acidic environment. Temperature resistance around 60 C.
3. E-CTFE ( etylen-chlortrifluoretyten ) HALAR Material with excellent chemical resistance - pH range of 1 to 14 Thermal resistance up to 150 C. Coating can be done even in  a  conductive version.
4. ETFE-HYFLON Material with excellent chemical resistance - pH range of 1 to 14 Thermal resistance up to 150 C. Coating can be done even in a conductive version.
5. PFA - Thermal resistance up to 250°C.
