  1. Performance characteristics of the fans

  2. Description
  3. These are radial, low-pressure, single inlet fans, intended for the transport of air for wherever their parameters are suitable. The fans are made of galvanized sheet metal and are driven by a direct, three-phase electric motor with an output of 0.25 kW, 0.37 kW, 1.5 kW, 4.0 kW and 5.5 kW. After augmenting the fan power output it is possible to regulate motor speed using the relevant frequency converters. The fans can be used in explosive environment, at an ambient temperature range -20 ° C to +40 ° C and temperature of transported air between -20 ° C to +70 ° C. The fans are not gas-tight and should not be used for the transport of harmful and odorous air mass, neither are they suitable for transporting air mass containing abrasive or fibrous matter. The ventilation tubing has to be hung separately so as not to burden by its weight the very fan. During intake of air from free space the nozzle must be covered with a protective grille. Fans can only run with closed suction or displacement, respectively, when connecting the pipes according to a given project, otherwise there is the danger of the motor overloading. Acoustics detail for the fans range from 53 db to 86 db at output and 45 db to 70 db to the surroundings when connected to tubes.
